When the Europeans started “Krishna or Christ” assertions, Indians changed to “Christ and Krishna” surrenders! [1]

Mary, krishna, inculturation

Introduction – Myth of Thomas linked with Christ and floated in India: After 1980s, the English speaking elite Indians and Hindus knowingly or unknowingly involved in the comparison of “Krishna and Christ.” In their Vaishnavite approach to the inter-religious dialogue, the Christian adapted and adopted such myths to rouse the passion of devout Hindus at one side and beat them at the other side declaring that Krishna was Christ! As for as Tamilnadu and Madras / Chennai are concerned, such groups cleverly worked and created rapport with the Vaishnavites of Chennai and Sri Rangam. Francis Xavious Clooney has been the major role played and still playing with the Vaishnavite professors, exerts and bigwigs like M. A. Anathakrishnan, Kannan, V.K.S.N.Raghavan, Velukkudi Krishnan, Agnihotram Ramanujachariyar, Booma Gopalan, and others.

The cultural and archaeological exhibition titled ‘Enchanting Krishna’ (August 2010): T.K.V. Rajan, Editor, The Indian Science Monitor, who organised the exhibition, said several principles preached in the Gita were prescribed as a subject in modern-day business management studies. The objective of the exhibition was to correlate Harappan sites with that of Mahabharata sites in the country. A four-day cultural and archaeological exhibition titled ‘Enchanting Krishna’ was inaugurated here on Monday. Aug. 30, 2010. The exhibition was open between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. at Madurai Meenakshi Bhavan Hotel Complex, G.N. Chetty Road, near Vani Mahal, till Thursday[1]. Speaking after the inauguration, Prince of Arcot Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali said all religions preached tolerance and brotherhood. Indians were a peace-loving community and the Muslims in India were happy unlike their brethren in neighbouring countries, he said. His ancestors lived a harmonious life with members of other community. This was evident by their generous donation of large areas of lands for constructing more than 300 temples in southern India as well as educational institutions by Christian missionaries[2]. One should live to the ideals of Bhagavat Gita, which was given to humanity by Lord Krishna, said Rev. Fr. B. Jeyaraj, S.J., Principal, Loyola College[3]. Whatever was required for human beings had been mentioned in the Gita, he said[4]. It is not known as to TKV Rajan knew the agenda of Vatican Council-II or not.

Christ and Krishna - books produced
Exhibition on the scientific discoveries on Christ and Krishna (Februrary 2012): When TKV Rajan organized an exhibition on “Christ and Krishna,” the Times of India reported in this way[5] – “While the Western world has been doing cutting edge research on Jesus Christ and the Bible, India lags far behind in tracing the legacy, life and times of its kings and heroes, feel archaeologists”. Scientists have discovered the sunken city of Dwaraka, but Krishna still remains more of a mythological figure, they add, mostly because of lack of manpower and funds. “We should start treating our epics as history, not legends. There is enough scientific evidence for this, and a lot more needs to be done,” says T K V Rajan, an archaeologist now organizing an exhibition on the scientific discoveries on Christ and Krishna at Parvati Art Gallery on Eldams Road[6]. “We hardly try connecting our finds to our epics. We find a pot, tank or inscription, but we do not bother to join the dots,” says Rajan.

Dwaraka, S R Rao, NIO

Archaeologists and ocean scientists made a sensational discovery of Dwaraka under the Gulf of Khambat in 2001 and of coins with imprints of Lord Krishna and Balarama, issued by an Indo Greek king in Afghanistan. But precious little was done as follow-up. “Archeologists in Europe have traced the precise spot of Jesus’s birth, St Peter’s house visited by Jesus, boats used during his time, his crucifix and even skeletons of giants who existed before the reign of King David. On the other hand, Hastinapur excavated in 1952, has not been touched again. There is so much to study in Kurukshetra and Mathura,” says Rajan. Dr T Sathyamoorthy, the former superintending archaeologist with the Archaeological Survey of India, says there is scarce interest in the subject. “In the south, there is virtually no college that offers archaeology as a subject or course. Not many people come for excavations. The northern states are slightly better, but most of the archaeologists don’t study the epics deeply enough,” says Sathyamoorthy. Dr R Nagaswamy, former director of the state department of archaeology, says while Puranas are treated as legends, the Bible is taught as history, with dates. “Now we can trace Lord Krishna back to 1700BC, but we don’t have many people studying epics and Puranas with a chronological sense,” he says.

TKV rajan - do these videos making myth

Many sites belonging to Mahabharata unearthed (December 2008): T K V Rajan, archaeologist and founder-director, Indian Science Monitor, who is holding a five-day exhibition, on search of Lord Krishna,’ in the city from Saturday, December 28, 2008, gave these details:

  1. The conch and the Sudarshana Chakra are unmistakable. Although the figures do not match popular images of Kirshna sporting a peacock feather, archaeologists are convinced that the coins are of Krishna, revered as an avatar of Vishnu.
  2. “These square coins, dating back to 180- BC, with Krishna on one side and Balram on the other, were unearthed recently in Al Khanoun in Afghanistan and are the earliest proof that Krishna was venerated as a god, and that the worship had spread beyond the Mathura region,” says
  3. Having done extensive research in Brindavan, Rajan is convinced that a lot of the spiritual history of ancient India lies buried. “Close to 10,000 Greeks, who came in the wake of Alexander the Great, were Krishna’s devotees. There is an inscription by Heliodorus, the Greek ambassador at Takshila, which reads Deva, deva, Vasudeva. Krishna is my god and I have installed this Garuda Pillar at Bes Nagar (now in Bihar),‘” says Rajan.
  4. According to him the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has unearthed many sites that throw fresh light on the era of Krishna. “ASI is expected to release the full findings next year. Many of the unearthed artifacts have a close resemblance to materials of what is believed to be the Harappan civilisation. The findings may show that Krishna’s life was the dividing line between India’s spiritual history and the society’s gradual shift towards a materialistic one,” says Rajan.
  5. Interestingly, a lot of what has been uncovered closely resemble the narration in the texts of Mahabharatha and the Bhagavatham,” he adds. Both the spiritual works are revered by the Hindus as their holy books.
  6. It has been over five years since the discoveries were made at Tholavira near Dwaraka, close to Kutch.
  7. Much progress has been made due to the application of thermoluminous study (TL) in ascertaining the age of the artifact. “It is possible to get the diffusion of atomic particles in the clay pottery unearthed and arrive at an accurate date,” points out Rajan. Tholavira itself is believed to be the capital city as detailed in the opening chapters of Bhagavatham[7].
  8. Rajan points to an image of a plough, made of wood, which is mentioned in the Bhagavatham[8].
  9. The findings could lay a trail to understanding Krishna’s life (said to be 5,000 years ago) and times, as a historical fact, says Rajan.

The exhibition will be open till December 31 at Sri Parvathy Gallery, Eldams Road. Here, it may be noted that already done work, published books, much-discussed coins and inscriptions for the last 50-100 years, are taken by him and assertions made as mentioned above, creating an impression as if he did all the work.

TKV Rajan batting for Jesus Christ

Supporting Aryan-Dravidian race theories: Ironically, in other U-tube talks, he believes in pseudo-scientific, discarded race theories, and thus argues for Dravidians, accepting Aryan race. He takes pro-Tamil stance also. Yet, he bats for “Akhanda Bharat” and “Christ.” Even Romila Thapar has accepted that the race theories are unscientific and no historian believes in race. The UN passed a resolution that the word race should not be used. However, Rajan uses such expression in Tamil and interprets the linguistic processes in the racial connotation. Therefore, it is not known what has made him to contradict,  and continue to lecture such mythical and unhistorical narratives under the guise of archaeology and so on.  More surprise has been that such video talks have been prepared by the Pande company. Anyway, if the disown historical claims, t= let them enjoy such funs.

[2] It is a myth that Mohammedans granted lands to build temples and all, because, as putsiders, invaders or even converttef categories, they could not do that as per Quran. Therefore, it is a blatant lie and he has been telling this in most of the platforms. The land of India belong to Indian, Hindus.

Indegenization, Indianization or Hinduization: Dubious “Inculturation” activities of Christians without any ethics, morality and integrity

Indegenization, Indianization or Hinduization: Dubious “Inculturation” activities of Christians without any ethics, morality and integrity

St John church in Deshnur, Linga inside-Derek Fernandez

Bishop Derek Fernandes, wearing saffron robes and with a vermilion tilak[1]: Photographs on social media of Belagavi diocese Bishop Derek Fernandes, wearing saffron robes and with a vermilion tilak, have stirred a controversy for the Roman Catholic Church in the country[2]. The pictures of Fernandes accompanied by unidentified men – all in the same attire and with some sporting rudraksha malas – appear to show the bishop performing the sacrament of the Eucharist in a church with pictures of Hindu swamis[3]. The pictures, posted on Twitter by journalist-activist Savio Rodrigues, set off a firestorm of charges against the prelate[4]. Some accused Fernandes, whom Pope Francis appointed as the sixth bishop of Belgaum on May 1, of trying to mislead Hindus and described it as a ploy to convert them. Several Christians on Twitter warned the bishop against such activities and some charged him with blasphemy. Bishop Fernandes, currently in Rome, was unavailable for comment. In Karnataka, D. S. Amalopavadass (1932-1990) has already done such experiments inviting criticism from the Church itself. However, the CBCLC, Bangalore has been promoting such activities. Now, he is appreciated as “Indian prophet” and so on[5].

Inculturation – not-known people may talk, and write anything: How the Hindus have been gullible, the Christians manipulative and the media biased, opportunistic to created sensation can be seen in these postings and the stuff created as news. Ever since, Vatican Council – II was created, the Catholic Christians have bee carrying on these dubious, fraudulent and fancy-dress theology in the name of “inculturation” to have “inter-religious dialogue” with gullible and idiotic Hindus, who do not know what these Christian guys have bee doing. In Chennai, the case of Arulappa vs Ganesh Iyer has been well known, where, the Archbishop Arulappa gave lakhs to Ganesh Iyer to manufacture forged manuscripts, copper plates etc . In the same way, highly arrogant, racist and fundamental Christians of Kerala have been engaged in similar activities. They too do not bother about any ethics, morality and other such values to follow in their activities. Though converted Christians, they behave as if they descended from heaven or born with the mythical Jesus Christ.

Activist receives threats for tweeting bishop’s pics: Philip Kutty Joseph, vicar general of the Belgaum diocese, said the photographs were taken on August 29 on a visit by Bishop Fernandes to a church in Deshnur, 28km from Belagavi[6]. “The church was earlier called Virakta mutt,” he said. “Jesuit priests first went there more than 40 years ago and adopted Indian practices such as donning saffron robes. In fact, the tabernacle is in the form of a Shiva linga.” Fr Nelson Pinto, a priest of the diocese who responded when TOI attempted to contact Bishop Fernandes at his residence by phone, explained that when the first Jesuit priests went to Deshnur, in a predominantly Lingayat region, they adopted the local culture[7]. “The Jesuit priests became vegetarians and embraced other local practices,” Pinto said. “They did not do it to convert the people who lived there.” Metropolitan Archbishop of Goa & Daman and Patriarch of the East Indies Filipe Neri Ferrão said he was unaware of the incident involving Bishop Fernandes, but said it appeared to be part of a practice that the Catholic Church calls inculturation. “The photographs appear to be of a ceremony that includes inculturation, which the Catholic Church advises in liturgy, attire and so on[8]. It’s the assimilation of local culture,” he said. Even as the Church played down the controversy, however, journalist and activist Rodrigues received threats for tweeting pictures of Bishop Fernandes[9].

The present news have been planted for publicity: So the threatening and all clearly exposes that they have been doing this just for publicity. The photos have been planted, though such activities have been going on. In fact, many more photos are available in internet and it is a wonder how these alert Hindu guys or enthusiastic Christian guys do not know about it. The non-Catholic might oppose and criticize, but, they coolly enjoy as to how the gullible Hindus are being cheated since 1958. Books  like “Catholic Ashrams” have already come out running into several editions[10]. So in such Ashrams, the Christians would appear and roam as Swamis only. Ironically, the pastors, bihops and other clergy are called as “Iyer” in Tamilnadu. Therefore, these neo-Brahmins of Christianity have been experimenting with such “tamashas.”

Inculturation – lying Christians[11]: In May 2003, when Indian bishops met Pope John Paul II before concluding their ‘ad limina’ visit to Rome, the Holy Father said[12], “India, blessed with so many different cultures, is a land in which the people yearn for God; this makes the Indian liturgy very distinct.” Though the Roman Catholic Church did not take this incident seriously, the activist cum journalist Rodrigues, who posted the pictures on Twitter has received several threat messages. One of the message says, “Savio Rodrigues, Judas in the name of Catholic. Reward of Rs 50,000, if anyone makes his face black and garlands him with shoes.” Some other Catholics have felt offended by this post of Savio Rodrigues. One such person said, in reply to the tweet of Rodrigues, “Hey Savio or whoever you may be. Please do not speak against our Catholic religion. You have no right to talk against our religion.”

To add a bit more on the belief system of both cultures, here are similarities between Catholicism and Hinduism:

  • Hindus worship many gods and Catholics worship many saints, both with the burning of candles and incense before statues. Both use images, icons, music, and ritual prayers as means to create an atmosphere of worship. While Hindus chant ritual “mantras,” Catholics chant rosary prayers.
  • Both have a priesthood that acts as an intermediary between the people and God.
  • Both believe in the effectiveness of “holy water” in various cleansing rites.
  • Both believe everyone needs “perfecting” before going to the ultimate reward. Catholics see time in purgatory as necessary to perfection of character, while Hindus believe that reincarnation will give the necessary steps towards perfection.
  • Both believe in the effectiveness of repeated offerings and sacrifices. Catholics believe the mass will effectively offer Christ again and again as a sacrifice for sins, while Hindus will present their gods with sacrifices and offerings of flowers.
  • Both religions have a strong belief that spiritual exercises will lift the worshiper out of the usual round of daily living, and will promote a mystic and superior understanding of existence. St. Ignatius is not really very different in his outlook on “spiritual exercises” than the Hindu mystic in his concentration on escaping this physical world and entering nirvana.
  • Both religions worship a mother goddess. Hindus worship the Goddess Durga as the Supreme Mother, while Catholics venerate Mother Mary .
  • Of course it can be pointed out that Hinduism is polytheistic (worshiping many gods) while Catholicism is monotheistic (worshiping only one God). In practice, Catholicism encourages worshipers to see Mary and the saints as interceders between God and humanity.

Thiruppali book, in Tamil was banned by Vatican[13]: This is cited as an example. A civil court here has banned the use of a 1993 Tamil translation of Catholic prayer book ‘Missal’ (‘Thiruppali book’) until prior approval is obtained from the Vatican. Noting that some words had been wrongly translated and some others removed in the Tamil version, the court recently declared the translation as incorrect and against the canonical law. The Tamil translation of liturgical prayers and texts was first published in 1970 with prior approval from the Vatican. The book was updated in 1975 and underwent some more changes in 1993. Against the last alteration, three suits were filed[14]. Claiming that the changes had been made without approval from Rome and that the authorities had disobeyed the law, the petitioners said it was a case where “additions and omissions from the prescribed text were made”. Further, the four tenets of liturgy – sacrifice, eternal life, sin and doctrine — were dealt in a superficial manner, they said. In their reply, the archbishops of Chennai and Puducherry said the petitioners did not have a locus standi as under the tenets of the religion, they did not have a right to question the translations. The prayers “involved spiritual and religious aspects of the church” and “the court did not have jurisdiction to go into the veracity of church’s authority.” If there was a doubt, “superiors and doctors of church” could be approached, they said. In his order, IV assistant judge T Chandrasekar said it was a mere translation of liturgical book and the priests had failed to prove that the translation had been carried out with approval of the Vatican. If the court was barred from dealing with the matter, “everybody would release translations to suit their convenience,” the judge said. It also prohibited the translated version of book from being used in churches till prior review and approval was obtained from the Vatican.

Hinduization – how praised and condemned: Swami Kulandaiswami condemned Hinduization like anything, as pointed out by K. V. Ramakrishna Rao. However, Amarlopavadass, Bede Griffiths and others were praised and condemned by the Christians, in spite of the Catholic and non-Catholic affiliations.  Under Vatican Council – II, they claim that it has been their right to do so. Thus, their duplicity is exposed in cheating the Hindus, misinterpreting Hindu scriptures etc., at one side and appropriating the Hindu culture, heritage etc., at other side is also noted. With all these, they also cry that the tribal are Hinduised and so on!

“Erotic yoga”, misguided/misguiding western “gurus” and maligning Indian ethos

June 19, 2011

“Erotic yoga”, misguided/misguiding western “gurus” and maligning Indian ethos

Note: Indians know, recognise and appreciate the western contribution to India. Here, only the westerners, who are / have been responsible for the attack on India, Indian tradition, culture, heritage and civilization are criticised and condemned for the degradation brought.

Scapegoat-Indians: Indians unfortunately do not read their scriptures[1], as they have been divided by the ideologists cleverly into many factors like caste, ethnicity, class, tribe, social group and so on. Linguistic fanaticism, which has been added from the beginning, acts regionally to keep the new divisions developed, and it is alive, fomenting aggressive feelings about their own fellow men. However, they believe “others”. That is why, they are simply carried on “others” by what the “others” say about them[2] and of course, about their scriptures also.

Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization with wine and women: After the so-called Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization (herein after mentioned as “LPG”), people started commercializing everything. Particularly, what is freely available in India, is linked with others and sold for price. Guru-Sishya tradition is made degraded[3] and demeaned. Male-female relationship is vandalized and prostitutionalized[4]. The media is used to justify such sins accrued out of immoral activities one way or the other[5]. The cinemas aid and abet such slow demoralizing Indian society[6]. The Christian Orphanages and Children homes have become centres of all sorts of sex abuses – from “simple body massage” to “sophisticated sex-tourism”. Of course resident directors, officers, technical consultants, visiting experts have been taken care of at different levels. Or as huge amounts are spent, they are accounted in their balance sheets under appropriate heads. Ironically, they get all sorts of exemptions from the Government of India itself!

Sins, vices and crimes increased: The LPG has brought not only modern, revised and updated science and technology but also thousands of western men and women of various categories. The MNCs have been their covers and facades. Though, they praise Indian tradition, culture, heritage and civilization through their mouths, they have been engaged in the acts against Indians affecting the same factors by all means. Blue films, pornography, pedophile, hetero-sex, drugs, woman and children trafficking and so many other crimes have increased alarmingly[7].

Inculturation and Yoga[8]: The Christians under the guise of “inculturation” have been building their places of worship like Hindu temples[9], pray their Gods with Sanskrit slokas[10], the Bishops, pastors, priests and others wearing ochre robes, sporting vermillion, kumkum, sandal paste on their foreheads, having Hindu names like Amalorapavadas, Abhishekananda, Nirmalananda etc., Even Jesus is depicted in Yoga posture with all tantric and mantric paraphernalia. Ashrams have also been built but these are “Christian / Catholic” Ashrams[11]. Though, there have been sexual relationships between male and female members – Fathers and Nuns – of the Church, as revealed in many cases, many times, they try to take shelter under “Yoga” or mantra, yantra and tantra practices. With all their basatardisation of Indian, particularly, Hindu practices, they continue to attack, blaspheme and carry out malicious propaganda that Shiva worship is phallic and so on[12].

In-culturation or out-culturation: Under such circumstances, there is nothing surprise that some European sex-yogic practioners, with pornography background, have been booked for the violation of Indian Acts and Rules in Chennai recently, that too, in a posh area just opposite to the Cathedral, Bishop’s House and other Christian institutions situated on the Cathedral Road. Here, it is not the question of violating Indian Acts and Rules, but violating the Indian values with their bastardized thinking, interpretation and in-culturation or out-culturation of yoga!

Can any Indian perform “Eucharist” exactly as has to be done: If any Indian, or a Hindu for that matter can imitate a Christian or Muslim practice in Hindu way or Hinduised way, would the Christians or Muslims accept? Instead of a Christ-body with blood and flesh, if something is substituted, cut and eaten by the new devotees, would the Christians keep quite? If Allah is represented in an Indian / Hindu way and worshipped in temple with all sloka-reciting, drum-beating, dancing etc., would the Muslims keep quite? As Hindus would believe Jesus or Christ or Allah or Mohammed as God, as some of the Christians and Muslims also believe, would such eclectic Indians / Hindus would be allowed? If they also start adopted some syncretic practices, would they accept and allow them? Anyway, before getting answers for these questions, the response of the offenders, i.e, those used “yogic practices” for sex purposes, have come out defending themselves in the internet.

The response of the offenders: Mihai Stoian, who was at Chennai centre has been responding from his blog[13] about the police action taken and the reports appearing in Indian media. Another detailed rebuttal appearing explains their stand[14]. “Tuesday the 7th of June NDTV broadcasts a completely manipulative program showing clips from the Cosmic Spiral Meditation mixed with other clips from other yoga schools from abroad and an unknown couple embracing each other, thus insinuating that acts of intimacy were happening during the Spiral. There is also a fake interview where a reporter seemingly asks if it is true that all the teachers in Satya Yoga have been acting in porn movies and a recorded voice replies “yes yes – it is absolutely correct”. But the amazing fact is that this interview, only supported by still pictures, has never taken place! It is 100% fabricated by the news channel NDTV. Even if this is a criminal act the police was never trying to act against the people that are behind such fraudulent action. Instead a Police Inspector is interviewed saying publicly that the allegations (mixing sex with yoga) against Satya Yoga are found to be true. This statement was shown only one day after the police started the investigation based on a complaint of the fundamentalist movement Hindu Makkal Katchi”. Here, the mention of the Hindu organization that has complained about the activities has been mentioned as “the fundamentalist movement Hindu Makkal Katchi”.

How a Hindu organization, movement or group could become “fundamental” like the Christians, Muslims and others? The choice of words and terminology used point to a mindset, just like, the Indian secularists, atheists and other leftist ideological groups. Of course, incidentally, the present UPA governed Governmental ministers too use such terminology without understanding the meaning of “fundamentalism”. In English, it is very convenient to use any word against anybody colloquially, intentionally, purposely or otherwise to malign, slander and disparage. Thus, ironically the so-called “erotic sex teachers” call the complainant as “fundamentalist” crying against the slander reportedly carried on them. Thus, it is evident that the “western sex tantric preachers” follow the same tactics adopted and adapted by the ideologists as pointed out.

Interestingly, he retorts about the happenings at Auroville as follows:

Another Scandal Against a Spiritual Community with the Same Pattern[15]: Whatever he has written is reproduced without any change:

Since here there are a lot of people reading for an alternative view, i will show more of these cases where one can see the similar patterns and even signs of the occult interventions to discredit various spiritual organizations and even institutions that have in common only their firm stand for certain values and principles in life.

It is today the turn of the amazing project that was started by the followers of the indian renowned guru Sri Aurobindo. After years of defeating the “social gravity”, gathering people from all around the world, Auroville was not always viewed with good eyes by the ones that do not like any alternative to their dream world where individuals have to struggle for their daily food without trying anything more. For these control maniacs a place as Auroville is a threat that can contaminate the mind of many truth searchers today. That is why they try to keep it in a very tight leash.

Here you have a so called report from Auroville that is starting in the manner that reveals exactly the same misleading and manipulative manner that we have been experiencing already from some media. And here we talk about a BBC documentary. They begin with these words the so call report:

Residents are living into an utopian community that spreads around the giant golden sphere (…) But the locals leave in poverty and say their children are the victims of sexual crimes. Welcome to Auroville!

The more the “report” unfolds, the more it becomes clear that it is just a warning given to the Auroville people to play nice and stay in the borders they are given else the things will go bad for them. Nothing new under the sun…even under the indian sun

Foreign erotic yogis find fertile ground in India: By having names like “Satya esoteric” etc., can they suppress their “true erotic” practices? Thus, the newspapers give details like this: There is something similar about No.33, Chokalingam Nagar, Teynampet, Chennai, and Mihai Stoian. At first sight, both are nondescrip; but on close scrutiny, there are many things unusual about them. A board on the two-storey pale building at Chokalingam Nagar reads “Satya Esoteric Integral Yoga”. That could have been just another yoga centre in the city, but for the teachers are foreigners, disciples of the European cult “Movement for Spiritual Integration in Absolute” (MISA), teach yoga here. Well, not just yoga, but tantra too. Tantra, as an ancient philosophy and practice, has different definitions. MISAs controversial supreme guru Gregorian Bivolarus’ unpublished book, “The Secret Tantric Path of Love” has this to say: “Have you ever dreamed of or aspired to make love intensely, profoundly and frantically with your beloved woman for even ten hours in a row”. This book reveals a host of such secret methods in a clear and accessible language, if you allow yourself to be guided by the personal experience of the author.

The controversial sex-guru[16]:  Indians know MISA (Maintenance of Internal Security Act) already, but now a new type of MISA has come from outside! The sex-yogic trainers claim that their guru – Gregorian Bivolaru (59), a Romanian, founded the Movement for Spiritual Integration in Absolute (MISA). Known as Grieg to his followers, Bivolaru, a proponent of tantra and yoga. He was arrested in 1977s by the Romanian Communist government on charges of practising yoga and distributing pornography.  In 1984, he was again arrested on charges of conspiracy. In 1989, he was convicted as a political prisoner and sent to Poiana Mare, a clinic for mental patients. His disciples say he was kept in solitary confinement without even the benefit of having a lawyer. After his release, Bivolaru continued to profess his beliefs and the Romanian government again in 2004 ordered his arrest. Bivolaru was found not guilty by the Sibiu Court of Law in Romania. He sought and got political asylum in Sweden where he is now believed to be living under a pseudonym. Therefore, having such precedence, they cannot fool Indians. Either they should follow their belief system or introduce their innovative methods, just like the export of “technical know-how” or just to follow Indian system, as Indians say. But, they cannot try to become “pseudo-gurus” with their “bastardized” methods. Definitely, one day, they would get exposed, just like what has happened now.

[1] Though Vedas are there, in Tamilnadu, the Hindu believers have been made to hate Vedas, because of the linguistic fanaticism. Interestingly, the unhistorical “Aryan-dravidian” hypotheses still play havoc, as the Dravidian ideologists either believe or use them for the political exploitation.

[2] The outdated hypotheses and theories on India on race, social stratification, etc., are still discussed and debated.

[3] It started with Roberto de Nobili through “Paramartha Guru Kathaikal” (Stories about Paramartha Guru). However, he himself donned a Hindu sanyasi with kudumi and sacred thread. Ironically, in India, no Sanyasi wears sacred thread. However, this cheat had chosen such “fancy-dress” to suit his bastardaized thinking and theology.

[4] The IT industry has proven such condition. In TV channels, sex before marriage is justified openly. The Mangalore-pub episode exposed how the educated, elite and well-off Indian girls behave, talk and become neo-western types exceeding the western counterparts in sex.

[5] The debates carried on the channels on such topics explicitly and openly. Here, “VIJAY TV” carry out such propaganda in vernacular language.

[6] The comedy actors, script-writers, producers, broadcasters and others exceed limits even degrading women in every manner. They always consider the women as “prostitutes” or come with any man just for a bike-ride, hotel-meal or movie.

[7] The Fathers having sex with Nuns regularly or otherwise, murdering non-co-operative nuns, having sex with children, usage of drugs, pornography etc., are found in many cases – Will Heum, Mathews, Trichy, Ooty, Madurai and other Bishops.

[8] Catholics claim the authority of Vatican Council – II and other Christians too carry out such practices to fool Hindus mainly for conversion.

Vatican website can be referred to for their documents. Of course, there have been thousands of books, journals  and papers, which can be read to understand.

[9] Many such Churches can be seen throughout India. But for the practice of Christianity, in every aspect, they are Hindu temples only and ordinary Hindus might mistake by external dubious appearance.

[10] There have been exclusive experimenting centres or theological laboratories to produce and manufacture such forged slokas, rites, rituals etc., e.g, NCBLC, Bangalore, Kerala; Pune;

[11] The books published by “Voice of India” are too well-known to be repeated here.

[12] Though, Swami Vivekananda himself gave a fitting reply to Gustav Oppert at the Paris conference, the mischievous and misguided western writers and speakers continue to carry out such propaganda through their literature and media.

Bharata natyam: Christians and DK-atheists, the intriguing nexus!

Bharata natyam: Christians and DK-atheists, the intriguing nexus!

As for as DK / Black Parivar is concerned the so-called “Bharata natyam” is nothing but “temple prostitution”, because that is how they used to regard, write and speak in forums with scoff. They pour venom on such “Aryan art-form”.

A typical article can be seen here: http://www.sikhspectrum.com/052007/devadasi.htm

And my response at that time : http://www.sikhspectrum.com/letters/letters_28.htm

But, here the love for the Christian S. M. George (since expired last October 2008) and the love of K. Veeramani’s for him are veery much intriguing! The DK-Christian nexus in promoting “Bharatnatyam” is intriguing, as the same gangs denigrate it as “Deavadasi system”, “Temple prostitution”, “Divine prostitution” and so on!

DK-Christian nexusIf at all, they both Christians and Black Parivaer hate “Aryans and their art-form”, they should have desisted from practicing such “paganized” rituals. But, here actually they join together, appreciating each other even at death, perfectly consistent with “Hindu tradition”!

DK-Christian nexus-in abusing BharatnatyamWhen such “Aryan art-form” has been so scandalized, why then these Christians conduct and that too offer “degree course” and the atheist Veeramanis support for such leud activities?

newfront_dancehttp://www.kalaikaviri-offcamp.com/university.htm

When S. M. George of Kalai Kaveri died, all thse peiople thronged there to condole, whereas, when any other “Bharat natya” exponent, teacher or expert expires, they do not care!

“Kalaimaamunivar” Rev. Msgr. S.M.George –

has been Founder of Kalai Kaviri Cultural Undertakings, Rev. Msgr. S.M.George. He founded Kalai Kaviri in 1977 and was its Director till 1996; founded Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts in 1996 and was its Secretary/Director and Principal till 2002; founded the World’s First Off-campus Degree Programme in Bharathanatyam in 2004 and was its First Director till he passed away in October 2008.

Ironically, but significantly, it has  to be noted that Leela Samson has created a controversy by becoming the head of Kalakshetra, where he has reportedly started de-Hinduizing of the premises!

But the same lady organized such extravagant dance before the Pope, who enjoyed so-many ladies dancing before him with such paganized attire and body movement. In fact, he sported a dot / tilak / kumkum duly applied on his forehead by a dancng lady!

Pope sporting kumkum

We have seen enough SJs dancing in such art-form.

jesuit_dancing

They have made the Jesus also to dance like that and perhaps the naive Hindus are awaiting when Mary would start dancing!  Definitely, it would be  interesting for devout Hindus to watch Mary dancing, particularly with her husbans Joseph, so that the duo would soon replace the heathen Shiva-Parvati. Perhaps, Francis Xaviet Clooney could comne out with one more book that could be released by some Saiva professor or Mutt-head! Or if Sri-Narayana pair is chosen, our friend M. A. Venkatakrishnan could invite a Jeer to complete the task! Let us wait and see what happens in near future?

What sort of behaviour has been exhibited by these wonderful species on the earth?

Definitely, these people should be subjected to psycho-pathological and analytical studies for their exhibited behaviour, speech and writings.

The educated, elite and others should not keep mum but expose such hypocritical nexus and point out their duplicity.

Clooney and Sahasranama: His Inter-religious dialogue and Inculturation

Vedaprakash

Divine debaucheries? Francis Clooney S. J. has now shown his true colours, though our Vaishnavite friends could not accept or believe his intentions[1]. His reference to Prof. Chacko and my further dig into his background show that such activities have already been going on in Kerala and he has been aiding and abetting as a “consultant” just like Bede Griffiths[2]. Incidentally, Clooney was also there in August, before leaving for USA.

Bastardized music: There has been a “Christian Musicological Society of India”[3], which is an international forum reportedly carrying out “interdisciplinary research, discussion, and dissemination of knowledge, on the music and dance of about thirty million Christians in India, who belong to a diverse set of communities and linguistic groups and follow a variety of liturgical traditions some of which date back to the early Christian era”. Thus, the fraud is revealed with unhistorical vulgarity. It goes on to say that, “The Society hopes that such researches will draw attention to the lesser known aspects of India in connection with the rest of the world”, as if the Indian Christianity is so connected with the world!

The dubious “Kristu Sahasra Naamam”: There were people known as “Jacobites” or otherwise, who were worshipping “Christna” and their “books / bible” referred to him with the stories like “Bhagawatha Purana”. When the Portuguese found them, they destroyed their books and forcefully converted to Catholicism, however, they refused to acknowledge to the Pope. Thus, to satisfy them, the fraudulent “Thomas myth” stories were manufactured and circulated there. After many legal wrangles with the Pope and then with Supreme court also, they tried to settle with “thomas” masquerade.

Thus, as part of their gameplan, under “research”, they have given their list of publications[4] and release of DVDs, CDs etc[5].

Therefore, it is evident that Chacko had taken much efforts to compose it. We do not know, but, they might have composed it in the same manner M. S. Subbulakshmi recited or otherwise. However, it is evident that it may be singing like |Suklam baradaram Vishnum sasivarna, caturbujam….| and our gullible Hindus may buy and play it along with the original “Vishnu Sahasra Namam”!

The Christian or Satanic art in India?: Then, the website gives the following pictures / postcards depicting Jesus and Mary in different Hindu forms: Note, the fellows who cry that Hindus worship ‘satan” and so on have now started appropriating the same “satanic art” and producing such “cross-breed” drawings and paintings crossing all norms. It is not known how suddenly they become “devil worshippers” and the Vatican allows such “demonism”! Why these fetishist fakes have been after the hellish activities with iniquitous inculturators and diabolical dialogues?

Christ, the Guru

Mark, the same guys who do not want to sing “Saraswati Vandana”, have been misappropriating such Indian tradition and manufactured “Mother of Wisdom”! And they hope that the idiotic Hindus and intelligent Christians could worship such faked goddess and get the results what they expect. Therefore, it is evident that these guys have no decency, decorum or anything and they have nothing for their own. By stealing, looting and appropriating others, how long they would survive like this, like prostitutes?

Of course, the third one has been forgery and when it is subjected to dating, it would get exposed. Like any other Christian medieval forgery, it could only belong to a period later than 13th-1th century. However, they claim that “mythical Thomas” himself drew it!

Inculration of dance[7]: The misuse of Indian dance, particularly “Bharatanatyam” has been very significant. Again, remember that these guys have been carrying out the propaganda that “Bharatanatyam” was nothing but “temple prostitution”, the high caste Hindus make low caste women as “public dancers” so that they can be used as “prostitutes” and so on.

V  Why then, these “spiritual bastards” indulge in such “prostitution”?

V  Do they want to produce “Church prostitution” that has been there already under the guide of “Bhatratnatyam”?

At one side, they criticize that all these have been the works of “Satan”, but note, only the member off “Society of Jesus” have been engaged in such dubious activities.

Who is a ordinary prostitute and theological prostititute? The 16th cent. Originated word from latin – prostitut / prostituere with explicit connotation – “expose publicly for sale” has the following meanings[10]:

  1. Noun – A person, specifically a woman, who engages herself in sexual activity for payment.
  2. Verb – Offer (someone) as a prostitute

In the same way, it is evident that these duplicities, fakers and frauds have indulged in such “theological prostitution”. They too disrobe and masquerade to lure their prospect clients, take them to “different places”, “baptize” under water, give new cloths and money.

They have been circulating “Krishna and Christ” pictures, where both descending on the earth with their hands clasping together! Would they depict Mary and Mari in a similar posture? Or May with Shiva, as Shiva is nothing but Jehovah according to their own interpretation! Definitely, Clooney would kill them, if anybody indulges in such experimentation. Otherwise, he may have to accept that his book is a pious fraud or spiritual debauchery!

Divine pimps, Theological prostitutes and spiritual consortium: Thus, they have been carrying out their activities without mincing the words and expressing their intention also. After all SJs would come to you for fun or enquire about your health or whether it is raining or not at your place. Therefore, when Clooney like persons come next time, on any pretext, meeting Indians, particularly, Hindus, they should pull them up in public and expose their theological prostitution, divine debauchery and spiritual wickedness all masqueraded under the white robes, Harvard and Oxford scholarships and professorships!

Theist irreverence, Divine desecration and Spiritual profanity: At one side, we find total degradation in their approach in their so-called, inter-religious dialogue and inculturation activities, whereas on the other side, their Theist irreverence, Divine desecration, Spiritual profanity, Theological sacrilege, pious fraud etc., are more revealed. Therefore, they should mend themselves, as otherwise, the Christianity would be thrown out very quickly, when common Indians come to know such theological frauds imposed on them.

Francis Clooney’s theological / philosophical quest!

August 14, 2009

Interestingly, Francis Clooney who had been in Chennai having his “dialogue” with many of his “Vaishnavite” friends as pointed out in my previous postings / blogs:

Perhaps, before leaving, his last “encounter” has been as follows:

On a philosophical quest by PRADEEP CHAKRAVARTHY

What does Vaishnavite scholar Vedanta Desika have in common with Catholic priest St. Francis? Prof. Francis X. Clooney discusses the link in his latest book.

Srivaishnavism is an interesting tradition, philosophically and theologically.

THEOLOGICAL APPROACH: Prof. Francis X. Clooney. The coming together of any two religions for most of us could mean raised voices and bloodshed… quite paradoxical to what all religions preach. But Prof. Francis X. Clooney, S.J., Harvard University, and author of several books, has a different perspective.

Prof. Clooney spoke about his book ‘Beyond Compare: St. Francis and Sri Vedanta Desika on Loving Surrender to God’, during a talk organised by Prakriti Foundation at Madras Terrace House recently. In his work, he compares the two preceptors who were from different times and countries, and practised different religions, but who were united in their approached the concept of surrender to God.

Prof. Clooney pointed out that since his work was like the interpretative work of a dancer or a musician, there was a great deal of practice and hard work that went into it right from the choice of subject. “It took me several years to narrow down on whom to compare”, he said. He added that “the minute you compare to celebrate one over the other, or compare to just get common quotes, it is not comparison in the real term.”

Clooney, Beyond compare -Vedanta Desika, Francis

So what does Vedanta Desika, the 13/14th century preceptor for Vaishnavites, have in common with St. Francis, a 17th century Catholic priest from Geneva? Both valued writing and in their written work, they hoped to pursue the devotee to perform a religious act itself. Both sought to transform the reader and used older texts to reinforce their message. Most important, both urged the reader to introspect and find out what it takes for him to surrender unconditionally to God. The book has several interesting passage on these topics. The audience was treated to a few enthralling readings. Catching up with Prof. Clooney after the session for a short interview, helped put the book in a greater context. Excerpts:

Tell us a little about your research: I work in certain traditions of classical Hinduism, including Mimamsa Vedanta and Srivaishnavism. Of course, my work as a professor leads me to write on other topics and themes at times, but these are my areas of focus in the study of Hinduism. Beyond these, I am also a comparative theologian, and so, I reflect on what I learn from Indian traditions alongside my understanding of my Christian bearings. And, to understand comparative study, I am also a bit of a historian, studying how Western Jesuits over the centuries have understood Hinduism.

What got you interested in Srivaishnavism? It is a very interesting tradition, philosophically and theologically, and it shows us a complete religious way of life. The fact that Srivaishnavism flourishes in both Tamil and Sanskrit makes it all the more beautiful. The poetry of Divya Prabandham in particular is very lovely. I also appreciate the Vaishnava temples, their architecture, imagery, and the worship that takes place there. In many ways, I have found Srivaishnavism to be parallel to Roman Catholicism, with a similar depth, breadth, and wholeness.

Beyond compare book

Beyond compare: Wrapper of the book

What is your mission on comparative religious studies and what forces do you see helping/hindering it? I am a professor at one of the oldest and best universities in the U.S., and also a Catholic priest and Jesuit. So my mission is academic — scholarly writing on topics of religious importance, and doing comparative study. It is also spiritual, in the sense that I believe that inter-religious truths and understanding are valuable to one and all. If my work helps people appreciate and learn from other religions, then I think I would have succeeded and will be very happy. If people become more convinced of the truth of their own tradition, with deep faith, that too is very good. Since there is a lot of religious misunderstanding and intolerance today, my hope is that my work will probably show a way for people to relate to other religions more constructively and positively.

Your future plans and interests…: I have several book projects in mind, including more work on the Srivaishnava Bhagavatha Visaya, certain songs and commentaries compared with medieval Christian commentary on the Biblical Song of Songs. I have also been doing research on the Jesuit tradition of inter-religious learning in India, and may soon have something more to write on that.

Jesus trail in India: A Hollywood movie for Indians!

Jesus married to Mary Magdalene, raised children and died in Kashmir! Perhaps, no true Christian would believe in such stories. Yet, “The Hindu” carries such myths under the guise of “history, theory….” and so on!

Jesus trail in India, The Hindu 20-11-2007

It has to be noted that “The Hindu” has been involved in spreading the “Thomas myth” in India, in one way or the other and now, it lends its promotion to spread the “myth of Jesus in India”! Therefore, the Christian or Catholic hold on the “Mount Road Maha  Vishnu” [as Karunanidhi used to mention] is intriguing.

Film to cover the years left out of the New Testament

Coming up in 2009: The Aquarian Gospel

Action adventure account of Jesus’ lifeNew Delhi: Hollywood is to fill in Jesus’ “missing years” in the Bible with a story about him as a wandering mystic who travelled across India, living in Buddhist monasteries and speaking out against the caste system.

Film producers have delved into revisionist scholarship to piece together what they say was Jesus’ life between the ages of 13 and 30, a period untouched by the gospels.

The result is The Aquarian Gospel, a $20-million movie which portrays Jesus as a holy man and teacher inspired by a myriad of eastern religions in India. The movie takes its name from a century-old book that examined Christianity’s eastern roots and is in its 53rd reprint.

Casting begins

The film’s producers say the movie will be shot using actors and computer animation like 300, the retelling of the Battle of Thermopylae, and will follow the travels of Yeshua, believed to be the name for Jesus in Aramaic, from West Asia to India. Casting for Bollywood and
Hollywood actors has begun.

“The Bible devotes just seven words to the most formative years of Yeshua’s life saying: ‘The boy grew in wisdom and stature’. The [film] will follow Christ’s journey to the east where he encounters other traditions, and discovers the principles that are the bedrock of all the world’s great religions,” said Drew Heriot, the director, whose credits include the cult hit The Secret.

The film, due for release in 2009, sets out to be a fantasy action adventure account of Jesus’ life with the three wise men as his mentors. Although the producers say the film will feature a “young and beautiful” princess, it is not clear whether Jesus in the movie is to have a love interest.

The producers say they are hoping for commercial and spiritual gains. “We think that Indian religions and Buddhism, especially with the idea of meditation, played a big part in Christ’s thinking. In the film we are looking beyond the canonised gospels to the ‘lost’ gospels,” said William Sees Keenan, the producer, who is currently making Lindsay Lohan’s Poor Things. “We are looking at new themes. In our story Jesus was loyal to the untouchables and he defended them with his life by saying that everyone could read the Vedas,” said Mr. Keenan.

The myth-makers and gullible swamis

The myth-makers and gullible swamis

Earlier book

The theory that Jesus’ teachings had roots in Indian traditions has been around for more than a century. In 1894, a Russian doctor, Nicholas Notovitch, published a book The Unknown Life of Christ, in which he claimed that while recovering from a broken leg in a Tibetan monastery in the Ladakh region, close to Kashmir, he had been shown evidence of Christ’s Indian wanderings. He said he was shown a scroll recording a visit by Jesus to
India and to the Tibetan region as a young man. Indian experts claim that documentary proof remains of this visit.

“I have seen the scrolls which show Buddhist monks talking about Jesus’ visits. There are also coins from that period which show Yuzu or have the legend Issa on them, referring to Jesus from that period,” said Fida Hassnain, former director of archaeology at the University of Srinagar.Mr. Hassnain, who has written books on the legend of Jesus in India, says there was extensive traffic between the Mediterranean and India around the time of Jesus’ life. The academic pointed out that in Srinagar a tomb of Issa is still venerated. “It is the Catholic Church which has closed its mind on the subject. Historians have not.”

More dramatic are the claims that Buddhism had prompted the move from the “eye for an eye” ideology of the Old Testament to “love thy neighbour” in the New Testament.

In 1995 a German religious expert, Holger Kersten, claimed that Jesus had been schooled by Buddhist monks to believe in non-violence and to challenge the priesthood. Mr. Kersten’s book is a bestseller in India.

Church’s view

The Catholic Church in India dismisses the film as just “Hollywood filmmakers in search of a new audience rather than the truth.” Aware that religious passions are easily inflamed, after the Da Vinci Code film sparked protests among Indian Christians, its spokesman said that a movie about Jesus in India was “fantasy and fiction.”

“I have personally investigated many of these claims and they remain what they first seem: fiction,” said John Dayal, president of the All India Catholic Union. — © Guardian Newspapers Limited, 2007

Comments:     The Christians give one more opportunity to read and understand the Bible to find out the myths, forgeries and manipulations in making of Christianity. As for as Christianity and Islam is concerned Indians and rather Hindus go by what others say about these non-Hindu, non-Indian religions. As Christians and Muslims have studied, researched and handled Hindu religion, scriptures and Hindus, the Hindus never studied, researched and handled Christianity and Islam. Even at elite, secular or atheist level, an impression has been formed that such study should not or need not be there. Most of the Indians do not know about the “Jesus Myth” – http://www.jesusneverexisted.com/

  • Hollywood can fill in Jesus’ “missing years” or anything in the Bible with a story about him as a wandering mystic or adventurer or revolutionist, but it has no business to spread myths and lies as such motive raise other questions.
  • Indians have to be told clearly that there had never been any historical Jesus and while dealing with mythical Jesus and connected so-called fabricated bibles, there have been many such fables making him to travel to Egypt  and so on, but to bring him to India is totally unimaginable even for Christian mind.
  • To say or claim that he “travelled across India, living in Buddhist monasteries and speaking out against the caste system” etc., as mention clearly expose that the film-makers have other political and social manipulative agenda under the guise of film and myth-making .
  • Film producers with revisionist or any scholarship with $20-million or more can produce any movie, as Indians or Hindus have no match for such sophistication and trickery and they can never produce any counter-movie.
  • It can be a fantasy action adventure account of Jesus’ life with the “three wise men” as his mentors, but such exigency exposes the aiding and abetting the frauds and forgers of many scholars who have been notorious enough to indulging in such shameless act. The Madras Archbishop Arulappa did it with just Rs. 14 lakhs in 1980s, but got red-handed as his accomplice got exposed for his spurious research on the same subject matter!
  • Although the producers say the film will feature a “young and beautiful” princess, it is not clear whether Jesus in the movie is to have a love interest. So what, Mary Magdalene was there according to them!
  • William Sees Keenan, the producer has made another point: “In our story Jesus was loyal to the untouchables and he defended them with his life by saying that everyone could read the Vedas,”! So, he is going to defend the cause of Dalits! All Christians go to take the movie and use for their evangelical activities as a part of their “Liberation Theology”! Pope Gregory, who is very often blamed for nurturing “Caste system” in Indian Christianity for the issue of the Bull would be exonerated as Jesus himself supported the Dalits that to he had been very loyal to them! An Indians or Hindus would hope that William Sees Keenan would print Vedas and circulate everywhere as anyone can read Vedas!
  • From where they got such wonderful and fantastic ideas? It is answered: The theory that Jesus’ teachings had roots in Indian traditions has been around for more than a century. He said he was shown a scroll recording a visit by Jesus to India and to the Tibetan region as a young man. Indian experts claim that documentary proof remains of this visit. And what about the veracity and authenticity of such scrolls?
  • Russian journalist Nicholas Notovitch’s 1894 The Unknown Life of Jesus Christ more modestly claimed to be based on scrolls in a Tibetan lamasery ‘proving” that Christ studied the Veda in India before mastering the Buddhist Scriptures in Kashmir and Tibet. That tale is debunked in The Issa Tale That Will Not Die, Nicholas Notovitch and His Fraudulent Gospel (Lanham: Rowman ” Littlefield 2003) by Louis Fader. http://www.caslon.com.au/forgeryprofile3.htm
  • Just another reference: “A number of religious books–perhaps a dozen or more–mostly written within the last hundred years and purporting to add to the revelation of the Bible. They claim to be based upon genuine documents of Christian antiquity, but every one has been shown by scholars to be a hoax..The Unknown Life of Christ, published in 1894, and written by a Russian named Nicolas Notovitch, on the basis of information he said he received from the chief lama of a Tibetan monastery. It is claimed that Jesus spent the years between thirteen and twenty-nine in India,Tibet, and Persia, and then returned to Palestine. The monks at Tibet denied ever seeing Notovitch or knowing anything about the ancient manuscript about Christ they allegedly showed to him…(Concerning this view of the young adult life of Jesus I have the following questions: (1) Why didn”t the people in Jesus” own hometown know about such supposed travels? Mark 6:2-3 (2) Why did the Son of God need to go to India? To learn?).. The Lost Books of the Bible. This book, published in 1926, is claimed by the publishers to include religious books deliberately kept out of the NT by the early bishops of the Church..It is actually nothing more than a reprint of an edition of the apocryphal NT which had been published in 1820, and an edition of the Apostolic Fathers which had appeared in 1737.” (Zond. Ency. pp. 213-214) This entire article can be seen here: http://www.lincolnavenue.org/grapevine /beavertonLostBooksOfTheNT.html
  • Fida Hassnain, former director of archaeology at the University of Srinagar claims, “I have seen the scrolls which show Buddhist monks talking about Jesus’ visits. There are also coins from that period which show Yuzu or have the legend Issa on them, referring to Jesus from that period”. Mr. Historians have not.” However, why he has not mentioned the full story that Jesus married Mary Magdalene, begot children and died there like men. Note, all these narrations would go against the basic tenets of Christianity, as crucifixion, resurrection, ascension etc., are totally denied here. We do not know as to whether Fida Hassnain has made such comments as Muslim, believer of Quaran or otherwise, as Quaran says Jesus was taken to an elevated place, where waters were flowing and he was survived thereafter. That is he was not crucified! Anyway, it would be interesting for Indians to watch the movie with a lot of romantic theology at the cost of Hollywood!
  • John Dayal, president of the All India Catholic Union claims that “I have personally investigated many of these claims and they remain what they first seem: fiction,” but he has never questioned such frauds already taken place in India!
  • The Catholic Church in India could dismiss the film as just “Hollywood filmmakers in search of a new audience rather than the truth.” Aware that religious passions are easily inflamed, after the Da Vinci Code film sparked protests among Indian Christians, its spokesman said that a movie about Jesus in India was “fantasy and fiction.” But, they cannot be double-speak as in the case of “Inculturation”, “Inter-faith / religious dialogue” etc.
  • Hope Hindus, secular Indians and others have wonderful enjoyment after “Da Vinci Code”! As one Pope claimed, “The Jesus Myth always serve the purpose”!

Meanwhile, we can consult Romila Thapar about the truth as she has already recorded that the biographies of Jesus, Mohammed etc., have been well accepted and so on in “The Hindu” and “Economic and Political Weekly”. We can consult Karunanidhi also so that he would ask so many questions:

  1. How he came to India?
  2. How many days, he took?
  3. How he took Mary Magdalene with him?
  4. In which route he came?
  5. Which vehicle he used?
  6. By cart, bus or plane?
  7. Whether he purchased ticket or not?
  8. Who was the driver and conductor?
  9. Whether they knew driving or not?
  10. Whether they had licence to drive and carry Jesus?
  11. The 17 years period is not a joke. How he spent the time?
  12. He may compose a poem also about his sojourn!
